Where do your halal meats come from?
Our halal meats are sourced from trusted U.S.-based partners who follow authentic Zabihah halal practices. Every product is carefully selected to ensure quality and compliance with Islamic dietary standards.
Are your products certified halal?
Yes. All items are certified by established halal authorities. Every animal is hand-slaughtered by a practicing Muslim, with the name of Allah (God) recited at the time of slaughter.
Is your meat hand-slaughtered?
Yes. We only offer hand-slaughtered meat—no machine slaughter, ever. This guarantees authenticity and adherence to traditional Zabihah standards.
Are there any pork ingredients in your products?
No. We strictly prohibit any pork or pork-derived ingredients in any of our products.
Are your products gluten-free?
Many of our products are naturally gluten-free. Please check the product descriptions or packaging for specific allergen information.
How are items shipped?
All frozen products are packed in insulated containers with dry ice to maintain safe temperatures. We ship Monday through Wednesday to ensure your order arrives quickly and fresh.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship across the continental United States. Orders typically arrive within 1–2 business days after shipping.
What if my order is partially thawed?
Some thawing in transit is normal. If your items are still cold (refrigerator temperature or lower), they are safe to refreeze or refrigerate. If anything is warm to the touch, contact us immediately.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the perishable nature of our items, we can’t accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out — we’re here to help.
SELLING ON ZABIHAH MARKETPLACE
Can I sell my own products on Zabihah?
Yes! Zabihah is more than just a halal store — it’s a marketplace for the entire Muslim community. If you offer halal-certified products, Islamic goods, or culturally relevant items (e.g., prayer mats, Eid décor, modest fashion, etc.), you’re welcome to become a seller.
How do I become a seller?
Just click here to sign up and submit your business details. We’ll review your information and help you get set up quickly.
Do I need to worry about marketing?
Nope — we take care of all the marketing! As a seller, your focus is simply to list and fulfill your products. Our team will handle customer acquisition through advertising, SEO, email campaigns, and social media.
What’s the commission structure?
We take just 5% of each sale, one of the lowest marketplace fees in the industry. That means you keep 95% of your revenue — and we help you grow your audience at no extra cost.
Can I ship my own products?
Yes. Zabihah sellers are responsible for fulfilling their own orders. You’ll receive notifications when a customer places an order, and you’ll be expected to ship it promptly with tracking.
